Job summary

Proof of the Pudding in Atlanta is seeking an entry-level, part-time Off-Premise Banquet Crew member to support events across the greater Atlanta area. You will help set tables, arrange buffet stations, unload event trucks, and assist with food and beverage service.

The role rewards reliability, clean appearance, teamwork and strong guest focus. Schedules vary with demand; daily meals per shift are provided, and company policies promote inclusion and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Renowned time management and organization skills.
• Strong customer service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client’s needs.
• The ability to work alone and as a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the setting of tables completely according to diagram and/or sample table.
• Responsible for setting buffet stations which may include décor.
• Assist in the unloading/loading of off-premise event trucks.
• Serve and clear food and beverage quietly, professionally, and quickly, using proper serving and clearing techniques.
• Keep work area clean, and coordinate actions with the banquet team members, and all other members of the front and back of the house to ensure flawless customer service.
• Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene.
• Performs other related duties as required.
