Job summary

Proof of the Pudding in Duluth, GA is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage lead for the Gas South District Convention Center. The role supports the F&B team, handles vendor coordination on event days, and ensures safety and quality in food service.

The position requires flexibility, strong organization, and teamwork. Experience in high-volume concessions and ServSafe knowledge are valued. Must be able to work in a fast-paced venue and maintain professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with food & beverage, especially in fast casual or concessions.
• High school diploma or GED.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of 3rd party vendors on event days.
• Monitor food temperatures for safety and quality.
• Merchandise and serve food and beverages per guidelines.
• Clean equipment and store supplies; maintain sanitation.
• Assist with inventory and routine records.
• Train and supervise staff; oversee POS operations.
• Ensure proper uniform and professional appearance.
