CRVA is seeking a Banquet Manager to oversee daily banquet operations at the Charlotte Convention Center and NASCAR Hall of Fame. You will ensure exceptional guest service, manage billing and coordination across departments, and drive profitability for the catering team.

You will lead a team of managers and captains, supervise over two hundred staff during events, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while delivering memorable experiences for high-profile clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5–6 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, food service equipment, and two‑way radio.

Responsabilités

• Attend weekly/bi-weekly departmental meetings with Catering Sales, Chef and Operations Manager.
• Set service level expectations for events and monitor execution.
• Schedule staff based on event requirements and perform pre/post event prep.
• Supervise and evaluate banquet staff; manage payroll within budget.
