Qualifications

• Physically active with ability to move tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Ability to set up rooms per guest or event specifications.
• Capable of following hotel procedures and safety guidelines.
• Excellent guest service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisor to understand priorities and room changes.
• Set up meeting rooms per specifications.
• Move and arrange tables, chairs, staging, and equipment.
• Transport equipment from storage to meeting rooms.
• Supply meeting-room supplies as needed (glasses, water).
• Replenish meeting-room supplies as needed.
• Break down meeting rooms after events.
• Return equipment to storage.
• Reset rooms for next function.
• Maintain cleaning schedules for meeting spaces and ballrooms.
• Work with Banquet Manager to keep events running smoothly.
• Respond professionally to guests and coworkers.
• Pitch in to support the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
