• Follow safety policies to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.
• Maintain Bar control policies with state law.
• Close each function with a Closing Report to Banquet Manager and Sales.
• Supervise housekeeping of function halls and facilities.
• Inspect table settings for placement and cleanliness.
• Ensure proper buffet and food service table setups.
• Liaise with Sales and Banquet Manager to meet client needs.
• Ensure functions are set and staff prepared.
• Collaborate with Chef to deliver arrangements.
• Provide quick service for last-minute changes.
• Handle guest issues and requests promptly.
• Train hourly staff on policies and roles.
• Work with management to improve guest/employee satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively including email etiquette and interdepartmental relations.
