Responsibilities

• Direct conference services staff to deliver events.
• Oversee setup and tear-down to meet BEO specifications.
• Manage daily operations of the banquet area and sanitation.
• Assist sales and guests during events.
• Hire, train, and coach staff; coordinate with temporary staffing when needed.
