Job summary

Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA seeks an enthusiastic Meetings & Events Concierge to manage in-house groups and events on-site. You will coordinate with CS Managers, banquet and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution and remarkable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in Convention Services, Catering Sales, Conference Services, Event Management, or related hospitality field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of hotel sales, catering and event management systems (CI/TY, Delphi, Envision) or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, guests, vendors and team members at all levels.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CS Managers as the on-site point of contact during groups, meetings and events.
• Provide exceptional service throughout execution and act as a trusted on-site resource for clients and planners.
• Coordinate changes on Event Orders (BEOs), floor plans, timelines and event specifications.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs of event spaces to verify setup, AV, F&B and signage.
• Maintain a visible presence at events, addressing issues before they impact guests.
• Meet with clients daily during programs to confirm satisfaction and evolving needs.
