Qualifications

• 4 years of related experience in banquet operations or hospitality.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must speak local language(s).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the banquet division.
• Develop strategies to improve profitability while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with food & beverage teams to execute banquet events.
• Plan staffing, recruitment, and induction programs.
• Train, coach, and appraise staff to meet standards.
• Monitor room allocations, events, and space utilization.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
