Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to support the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in managing banquet events. You will oversee setup, coordination with culinary, service, and engineering teams, and ensure seamless execution of functions.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hotel operations knowledge, with a focus on guest satisfaction and compliance with safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site position in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership required to motivate and develop staff.
• Clear verbal and written communication is essential.
• Hotel operations knowledge preferred, including safety and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in managing banquet activities to ensure successful events.
• Supervise setup and breakdown of function rooms, including linens, silverware, glassware, and equipment.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality service during events.
• Enter billing information and assist with payroll processing for each event.
• Monitor staff attendance and reassign stations to maintain service quality.
