Job summary

Noteć is seeking a Banquet Manager to oversee all banquet operations, supervise staff, and ensure premier service at events. You will partner with the F&B leadership to forecast, budget, and optimize labor costs while maintaining high standards in food quality and guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive F&B knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple events, including holidays and weekends, in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum as Banquet Manager in a hotel.
• Extensive knowledge of overall F&B operations.
• Micros POS experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service and guest relations.
• Willingness to work holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interview, recruit, train, schedule, coach and support banquets staff.
• Oversee daily Banquets division operations and events.
• Assist F&B Director with forecasts, budgets and cost controls.
• Ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction targets are met.
• Lead training for ongoing requirements and staff development.
• Prepare and manage event schedules and staffing levels.
• Monitor safety, sanitation and alcohol policies.
• Greet clients and manage banquet functions from setup to close.
