Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all banquet event operations, including setup, service, and cleanup.
Lead and motivate banquet staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain standards.
Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand their needs and ensure event specifications are met.
Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Management and Sales teams to ensure seamless service flow.
Monitor event timelines and ensure all aspects of the banquet are executed efficiently.
Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies required for events.
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with policy.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Assist in training and developing banquet staff to enhance performance and teamwork.
