Dimension Hospitality seeks a dynamic Banquet Manager to lead weddings, corporate meetings, galas, and special occasions with seamless setup, service, and breakdown of events. You will coordinate with Culinary, Sales, Conference Services, and AV teams, ensuring flawless execution and memorable guest experiences.

You will supervise and develop the banquet team, monitor timelines and service standards, manage staffing and costs, and uphold safety and sanitation protocols to deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• Banquet or F&B leadership experience required.
• Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.
• Calm under pressure and detail oriented.
• Must be flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead all banquet operations, ensuring seamless setup, service, and breakdown of events according to BEOs.
• Supervise, coach, and develop banquet team members to deliver exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
• Partner with Culinary, Sales, Conference Services, and AV teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Monitor event timelines, room presentation, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, labor costs, and team productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Oversee banquet equipment, inventory, and supplies to maintain readiness.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Support revenue goals by maximizing service quality and operational efficiency.
• Maintain leadership presence during events and serve as primary contact for banquet operations.
