Formación

• Candidates should have experience assisting a Banquet Manager and supervising banquet staff.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise events from setup to breakdown.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist supervising set up of banquet space to ensure timely and accurate room sets.
• Ensure staff are prepared and deliver high standards of service.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Purchase and guests.
• Assist in staffing and scheduling to control labor costs.
• Maintain inventory and back-of-house areas.
• Support budget adherence and prepare department summaries.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and development.
• Conduct safety and procedural trainings.
