The Operations Executive supports the Operations / Assistant Operations Manager by managing daily banquet operations and administration to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with safety standards.

Based in Washington, DC, you will lead banquet staff, coordinate events, and collaborate with culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency during high-profile events.

Competenze

• Experience in banquet or catering operations preferred.
• Class 3 driving license
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
• Strong passion and commitment to service excellence
• Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
