Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Food & Beverage management or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and staff supervisory abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day banquet operations for all events, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency.
• Direct and train banquet staff, schedule shifts, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Inspect function rooms and setup to guarantee adherence to contracts and guest expectations.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as invoices, payroll, and event recaps.
