Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand their needs and ensure event specifications are met
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of banquet spaces, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards
• Manage staffing schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance during events
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors as needed
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
