Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to lead banquet staff, oversee setup, service, and breakdown, and ensure guest satisfaction at assigned events. This role requires attention to detail and strong communication.

You will coordinate with Culinary and Banquet teams, review BEOs, ensure accuracy, and maintain safety and cleanliness. Requirements include High School diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and physical stamina.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Able to read, speak and understand English.
• Able to lift 20-40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Effective communication with guests and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Check server’s and house person’s BEOs to ensure information is accurate.
• Check room set-up to ensure BEO directions are followed.
• Ensure all Food & Beverage items are presented and served correctly.
• Maintain continuous communication between Culinary and Banquet teams during events.
• Compile checks and present for client signature; post to master account.
• Ensure paperwork is filled out correctly; staff sign-in sheets are complete.
• Prepare the area for a function and recap banquet checks at day end.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers.
