Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking an experienced Banquet Supervisor to oversee banquet staff, coordinate all food and beverage service, and train the team to uphold hotel standards. You will ensure smooth setup, service, and breakdown, while maintaining hygiene, guest relations, and timely execution of events.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of related experience, plus strong leadership, communication, and safety knowledge to ensure high-quality events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college and 2–4 years related experience and/or training.
• Food Safety Certification and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to read safety rules, operate equipment, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff and train the team for setup, service, and breakdown.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of banquet rooms and kitchens.
• Coordinate event courses and monitor guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Maintain adherence to hotel standards, safety policies, and hygiene requirements.
• Plan function details with hosts and banquet managers; communicate changes clearly.
• Monitor profitability, waste, and inventory for each function.
