Job summary

Auberge Collection is seeking a banquet setup associate to prepare event spaces, manage supplies, and assist during service at its California property. You will ensure precise room layouts per events orders, support servers and bartenders, and maintain a neat, professional appearance throughout shifts.

The role requires physical ability to move equipment, a flexible schedule including weekends, and a customer-service mindset to help meeting planners exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent education.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with ease and move equipment.
• Must be able to perform in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior customer service training is a plus.
• Must adhere to timelines for banquet set-ups.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces per banquet events order and floorplan; reset after the event.
• Routinely inventory and care for banquet supplies (linens, chairs, china, glassware, flatware, decorations).
• Assist servers and bartenders, transport tables and equipment, report maintenance, and assist patrons.
• Ensure rooms are properly set according to BEOs and floor plans.
• Anticipate needs of meeting/event planners and exceed service expectations.
• Maintain a clean, professional image and wear the uniform at all times.
• Keep banquet spaces clean and orderly when no events are taking place.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and review upcoming events.
• Understand all amenities of Wildflower Farms.
• Perform all duties as required and other tasks assigned.
