Montage International is seeking a Banquet Houseperson to support daily banquet setup and breakdown for luxury events. You will own the cleaning and arrangement of meeting rooms, handle equipment movement, and ensure spaces are guest-ready with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel banquet operations is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Daily set-up and break-down of banquet events in a safe, efficient manner.
• Own the full-cycle cleaning and setting of meeting rooms and banquet spaces.
• Move and store equipment like tables, chairs, risers, and lecterns with care.
• Manage linens, pads, pens and meeting amenities; restock as needed.
• Assist in servicing meeting rooms by removing trash and replenishing water.
• Deliver on guest expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as required by business needs.
