Atrium Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Event Support Associate to set up and maintain banquet spaces for Concord Embassy Suites. You will ensure rooms are clean, organized, and guest-ready, including coffee breaks, while supporting logistics and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms per event orders and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Keep event spaces guest-ready and refreshed throughout the day, including coffee breaks.
• Transport supplies and materials as needed (boxes, programs, decor).
• Assist food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as required.
• Be the friendly face guests remember and proactively address guest needs.
