You will set up and break down spaces, transport furniture and equipment, ensure supplies and functioning equipment, and report maintenance needs. This role emphasizes mobility, teamwork, and flexibility to support successful events.

Qualifications

• Must have full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to BEOs.
• Safely transport tables, chairs, staging areas, dance floors, and partitions.
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning.
• Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs.
