Job summary

Solage Auberge Collection in Calistoga is seeking a Banquet Houseperson to help craft seamless events. You’ll prepare rooms, set up equipment, and ensure all amenities meet resort standards, creating unforgettable experiences for guests.

You will work with a dynamic team, lift up to 50 pounds, and flex weekends/holidays as needed. A high school diploma and customer service mindset are required; prior banquet or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare function rooms before set-up.
• Set up equipment per daily work sheet.
• Provide amenities as per resort standards.
• Refresh meeting rooms during breaks.
• Break down rooms after events.
• Assist with special projects as directed.
• Move materials between docks, guest rooms, or suites.
• Care for equipment and accommodate special needs.
• Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
• Assist with air walls installation/removal if applicable.
