Qualifications

• Experience leading culinary staff for large-scale banquets.
• Strong knowledge of upscale casual American cuisine.
• Proficient with culinary math and ordering; skilled in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Club's banquet kitchens across two clubhouses and oversee menu development.
• Direct and participate in food preparation, seasoning, cooking, and expediting to ensure quality.
