Job summary

Baltimore Country Club is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager/Restaurant Manager to lead service for fine and casual dining as well as banquets. You will ensure flawless setup and service, delivering gracious hospitality that reflects the club’s commitment to excellence and guest experiences.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills to interact with members and staff, supervision of staff, and oversight of inventory and costs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a-la-carte and banquet service.
• Experience in staff scheduling and motivating staff.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred; knowledge of liquor/wine desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage service for fine and casual dining and banquet events.
• Ensure dining facilities are set up and service delivered with gracious hospitality.
• Act as liaison between dining room, kitchen and other departments.
• Supervise, train and schedule staff; manage dining room inventory.
• Secure dining areas after each service and monitor expenses.
