Baltimore Country Club is seeking a full-time Banquet Chef to manage the banquet kitchens across two clubhouses. You will oversee menu development and ensure timely, high-quality preparation for all banquet events.

The role requires leading and training the banquet team, hands-on cooking and expediting, and delivering exceptional service for Members and Guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN BANQUET CHEF

The full-time Banquet Chef will be responsible for managing the Club's banquet kitchens within both clubhouses, overseeing menu development, and ensuring the timely preparation and high quality execution of all food served to Members and Guests. This individual will lead, train, and develop the Banquet team while directing and participating in food preparation, seasoning, cooking, and expediting to ensure consistent quality, presentation, and service for all banquet events

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in successfully leading a culinary staff specifically with large-scale banquet events, and experience with upscale casual American cuisines and other cuisines common in the North Atlantic region. Candidates must also have a working knowledge of culinary math, ordering, and Microsoft Word and Excel. A culinary school graduate or equivalent industry experience is required.
