Job summary

Baltimore Country Club in Maryland is seeking a Banquet Captain to oversee the flawless execution of banquet service, manage operations across both Clubhouses, and elevate Member and Guest experiences during events.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to motivate staff, strong knowledge of food & beverage service, BEOs, and familiarity with F&B software and Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings is essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Experience in food & beverage service and hospitality operations.
• Understanding of culinary arts and ability to motivate staff to perform at a high level.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Knowledge of Banquet Events Orders (BEOs), F&B software, and Microsoft Office.

• Oversee the proper execution of service during banquet events.
• Manage banquet operations across both Clubhouses.
• Supervise and train staff to maintain hospitality standards.
