Baltimore Country Club in Maryland seeks a Banquet Captain to oversee service during events, manage banquet operations across both Clubhouses, and ensure exceptional member and guest experiences.

The role emphasizes maintaining high hospitality standards, supervising and training staff, and assisting in inventory for food and beverage service. Flexible schedule with weekend/holiday/evening shifts is required.

Formación

• Candidates must have a flexible schedule and working knowledge of food & beverage service.
• Understanding of culinary arts.
• Ability to motivate staff to perform at an exceptional level.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with members, guests, management and staff.
• Knowledge of Banquet Events Orders (BEOs), F&B software and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management strongly preferred.
