Responsibilities

• Manage banquet and catering leads from web, phone, third-party platforms, and walk-ins.
• Respond to inquiries within established response-time standards.
• Qualify events based on size, date, budget, menu, and feasibility.
• Build customized proposals and event packages for guests.
• Present menus, pricing, room availability, and details clearly.
• Secure deposits and signed contracts to confirm events.
• Enter and track opportunities and client communications in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and follow-up tasks.
• Convert leads into confirmed events and meet sales targets.
• Coordinate handoff to the Event Manager after booking.
