You will respond quickly to web and phone leads, prepare proposals, and secure deposits/contracts for flawless execution.

Responsibilities

Manage all banquet and catering leads generated via web, phone, third-party platforms, and walk-ins.
Respond to new inquiries within established response-time standards.
Qualify events based on size, date, budget, menu, and feasibility.
Build proposals and event packages based on guest needs.
Present menu options, pricing, room availability, and event details clearly.
Secure deposits and signed contracts to confirm events.
Enter and track opportunities and client communications in the CRM.
Maintain accurate pipeline data and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
Convert leads into confirmed events and meet sales targets.
Coordinate handoff to the Event Manager once booked.
Ensure events are documented for operations teams.
Collaborate with banquet, culinary, and management teams.
