Job summary

Azul Hospitality in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Banquet Service professional to oversee all banquet operations for hotel events. You will supervise staff, coordinate with culinary and sales teams, and ensure on-time execution of bookings and banquet setups.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• 1–3 years of high-volume banquet service experience required.
• Hotel/resort banquet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all banquet service operations and events and ensures that all banquet service details are executed.
• Assists Director of Food and Beverage Operations in ensuring events are on time and communicates changes.
• Reviews Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) at shift start to confirm layout and A/V needs.
• Supervises, coaches and trains banquet service staff.
• Manages staff shifts and timetables and provides training in customer service and etiquette.
• Coordinates with Catering, Sales, F&B managers and culinary team to ensure quality service for all meetings and banquets.
