Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Captain at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, Texas. The role supervises banquet staff, coordinates events, and enforces standards per BEOs with an evening shift schedule and a flat $22.00 per hour rate.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the hospitality industry required.
• F&B Banquet experience desirable.
• Experience as a departmental trainer or supervisor preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Excel and Outlook proficiency.
• Knowledge of F&B POS systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Review BEOs prior to events to ensure staffing and supplies are prepared.
• Oversee banquet events including setup, service standards, and breakdown.
• Lead pre-event staff meetings and communicate the plan.
• Monitor events to ensure flawless service and client satisfaction.
• Assist servers and bartenders as needed and respond to client changes.
• Train staff on standards and tasks; provide feedback post-event.
