Pyramid Global Hospitality in Beachwood, OH, seeks a motivated Banquet Captain to lead setup, service, and teardown for high‑volume events at a premier property.

The role requires coordinating with the Banquet Manager, guiding hourly staff, and delivering an exceptional guest experience with knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

Formación

• 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably Banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set up banquet rooms, drape tables, fold napkins, prepare drinks and centerpieces.
• Serve and buss tables, pick up food from back hall, carry trays to function location.
• Break down and clean up, vacuum, store linen and centerpieces.
• Explain menu items, cooking methods and ingredients; accommodate dietary requests.
• Provide warm welcomes and assist guests; monitor guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with staff across departments to ensure smooth events.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness throughout events.
