Job summary

Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a Banquet Server for part-time evening shifts with some weekends in Westlake, TX. The role involves setting up banquet rooms, serving and bussing tables, and tearing down spaces after events.

You will assist with bar service, handle food safety within 30 days, and maintain a clean back hall and storerooms. Paid weekly with benefits after enrollment.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Willingness to talk to guests and colleagues.
• Food & Beverage experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to carry large trays safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up for events, including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, polishing silverware and glasses, and placing centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables: pick up food, carry trays, serve and clear tables.
• Bar duties for bartended events, including passing drinks and operating bars.
• Break down: bussing tables, storing linens and centerpieces, vacuuming.
• Clean back hall and organize storerooms.
