Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring for a Stewarding Supervisor at Deloitte University Hospitality, Benchmark Hospitality property, Westlake, TX. You will supervise stewards, support banquet operations, and ensure timely delivery of meals in a high-end private hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising stewards and coordinating banquet and restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of kitchen cleaning, equipment, and chemical handling.
• Basic computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Stewards to keep kitchen and dish areas clean.
• Ensure Food Runners are prepared for each banquet event.
• Oversee transport of food to outlets, banquet functions, and cafeteria.
• Monitor opening and closing tasks for cleanliness and organization.
• Manage trash/recycle areas and maintain cleanliness standards.
