Qualifications

• Must maintain a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
• Experience delivering prompt, courteous service in full-service or a la carte dining environment.
• Ability to upsell and communicate menu knowledge clearly.

Responsabilités

• Take drink and food orders from guests.
• Provide menu knowledge to assist selections.
• Keep dining area clean and organized throughout service.
• Perform side work: polishing silverware, rolling silver, cleaning stations, vacuuming.
• Enter orders in POS, present checks, and process payments.
• Anticipate guest needs and manage multiple tables safely.
