Qualifications

• Excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, understand and implement BEO specifications.
• Stock, set up and rotate inventory and service items.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up the banquet/event space per the BEO.
• Serve food to guests and handle related duties.
• Read and implement BEO requirements for events.
• Prepare buffets, tables, carts and service stations as directed.
• Circulate to provide excellent service and assist guests.
• Adhere to Food & Beverage safety/quality regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
