Qualificações

• Basic knowledge of drive-up, locking, and electronic systems used in banking.

Responsabilidades

• Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain drive-up, locking, and electronic banking equipment.
• Respond to service calls and preventative maintenance tasks in assigned banking sites.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Document service activities and provide clear instructions for customers and colleagues.
