Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain banking security equipment including security cameras, access control, alarms, drive-up systems, vaults, ATMs, and more. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with a team-oriented culture that supports growth.

The role emphasizes on-site maintenance, preventive work, and problem solving across electronic and mechanical systems in banking environments.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of drive up, locking and electronic systems specific to banking industry.
• Basic knowledge of DVRs and NVRs linked to the remote system.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service drive up, locksmith, and electronic systems.
• Respond to service calls and perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair remote drive up, audio, and video equipment.
• Mentor less experienced staff and advise on installation techniques.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
