Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Banking Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on banking equipment including ATMs, vaults, drive-up systems, and related alarm/electronic components. Qualifications

• Experience with banking drive-up, locking and electronic systems.
• Basic knowledge of DVRs and NVRs used with remote systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge.
• Customer-focused service mindset.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and service drive-up, locksmith and electronic banking equipment.
• Respond to service calls, routine maintenance, and after-hours requests.
• Mentor less experienced staff and share technical knowledge.
• Inspect installations for conformance with specifications and safety policies.
• Communicate project status and potential issues to the team.
