Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain banking security equipment including cameras, access control, and vault systems. The role spans drive-up devices, vaults, ATMs, and related electronics, with emphasis on reliable, on-site service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with banking drive-up equipment and electronic security systems.
• Familiarity with vaults, safes, ATMs and related hardware is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex electronic and mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service drive-up, locksmith, and electronic projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair remote, audio, and video equipment; support network systems as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and mentor less experienced staff.
• Respond to service calls, schedule maintenance, and handle after-hours requests as required.
• Ensure conformance with specifications, safety policies, and manufacturer guidelines.
