Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain banking equipment including alarms, CCTV, drive-up systems, ATMs, vaults, and safes. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to deliver world-class service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and service banking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test and repair banking equipment for drive-up, locksmith and electronic projects.
• Service and support remote drive-up systems, cash handling devices, and related AV/electronic equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace components of remote and on-site units.
• Mentor junior staff and share technical knowledge to improve operations.
