Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on banking equipment including alarm systems, CCTV, drive-ups, ATMs and vaults. Strong communication and teamwork are essential as you support customers and colleagues.

You will install, test, and service a variety of banking hardware, coordinate with the team, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering outstanding service across all

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of drive up, locking and electronic systems specific to banking industry.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) and Network Video Recorders (NVRs) connected to the remote system.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Customer Focus - Maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet the needs and wants of the customer.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and service drive-up, locksmith and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair remote units and equipment; respond to service calls.
• Mentor less experienced staff and assist in project planning and execution.
• Ensure conformance with specifications and safety policies.
