Job summary

Qualfon is hiring Customer Service Representatives (Banking Specialists) to support a financial services client onsite in Michigan. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting with credit card, loans, and fraud-related inquiries while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service or call center experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to multitask with 20 WPM typing.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed 20 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls, emails and chats.
• Assist with credit card and consumer loan questions, fraud inquiries, and account maintenance.
• Help members recover online credentials and complete account updates.
• Document interactions clearly and escalate when needed.
