Job summary

Qualfon is hiring a Onsite Call Center Representative to support a banking services client in Harlingen, TX. The role handles inquiries across phone, email, chat, and digital channels, with a focus on fraud support and account maintenance.

The position requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, HS diploma, and strong communication skills. Training is provided and veterans are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required: banking, financial services, call center, insurance, or fraud experience a plus.
• Call center experience preferred but not required.
• Typing speed of 20 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls, emails, and chats.
• Assist with credit card and consumer loan questions.
• Handle fraud-related inquiries and authorizations.
• Maintain and update checking, savings, and CD accounts.
• Help members recover online credentials and document interactions clearly.
