Job summary

Qualfon is hiring Customer Service Representatives (Banking Specialists) to support a financial services client. This onsite role pays $20.00/hr and shifts: 10:00am–6:45pm with training for 8 weeks from 6:30am–3:30pm across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and digital).

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or call centers, strong communication skills, and reliable attendance. Veterans and military families are encouraged to apply. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required; banking/financial services a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask across multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls, emails and chats.
• Credit card and consumer loan questions.
• Fraud-related inquiries and authorizations.
• Help members recover online credentials.
• Complete account updates (authorized users, balance transfers, IRA changes).
• Document interactions clearly and accurately.
• Escalate issues when needed and follow procedures.
• Meet service level, quality, and attendance expectations.
