Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of retail banking experience in Teller/Customer Service.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in the teller unit or platform; cross-training appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee branch operations in absence of branch management.
• Train and mentor tellers and customer service staff; ensure CIP and BSA compliance.
• Assist with opening/closing of the branch and vault/ATM duties as needed.
• Identify opportunities to grow banking relationships and refer clients to licensed representatives.
