Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of banking experience in account opening, servicing, and maintenance.
• Effective listening and strong communication skills.
• Customer-focused with outstanding service and problem-solving ability.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish cordial relationships with customers and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Inform customers about banking products and services.
• Provide account information and transaction history to customers.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Protect customer confidentiality and data.
• Improve customer experience with prompt service and issue resolution.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and recommend accounts.
• Explain Tell-A-Friend program and distribute coupons with transactions.
• Assist customers in choosing in-person or digital banking channels.
• Refer customers to Wealth, Mortgage, Commercial, and Treasury Services.
• Perform teller duties as assigned and support branch operations.
• Complete training within expected timeframes.
• Assist with more complex duties for Personal Banker Is.
• Support the bank’s mission and uphold standards of conduct.
