Job summary

First Community Bank is seeking a Personal Banker II - Float to deliver exceptional customer service and handle a range of branch banking duties. You will open and service customer accounts, propose banking products, and support teller functions while maintaining security and compliance with policy.

You will assist customers with consumer loans, explain terms, and navigate both in-person and digital channels. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and maintaining a positive community presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of banking experience in account opening, servicing, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Establish cordial relationships with customers and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Inform and suggest new banking products to customers.
• Provide information on accounts, such as balance and history.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones per procedures.
• Assist with consumer loan options and loan documentation.
• Serve as Teller and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Support branch operations and marketing campaigns.
