Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to five years of banking experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to handle cash and banking transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Establish and promote cordial relationships with customers and respond to inquiries.
• Inform customers about banking products and services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other teller transactions.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Promote and explain Tell-A-Friend program and other services.
